09/22/20-09/24/20 Drydock/Internal Structural Examination Certification Course (Virtual)

Course Summary:

The Drydock/Internal Structural Examination Certification course (3 day course) is open to TVIB members and non-members alike. The course provides surveyors who plan to conduct Subchapter M drydock and internal structural examinations of inspected towing vessels with the tools, skills and knowledge to complete these examinations, and provides a path toward an industry-recognized credential. The course includes an online pre-course portion that MUST be completed prior to attending class.  

Course Fee:

Non-Members:   $1275

TVIB Members:  $975*

*TVIB members receive a discount on TVIB courses.  

Additional Course Details:
The course is a live VIRTUAL event. Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Cameras are not required but are strongly recommended. 

Documentation:

Practical exercises, quizzes, a final exam and active participation in class are required to earn your certificate.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted one week (7 days) prior to the first day of the course. Please note that a cancellation fee of $150 will be charged. No refund will be issued for non-attendance without notification or for early withdrawal from a class.  Please send cancellation notifications to: daniellem@thetvib.org
