February 2016 RCP Certified Auditor Refresher Training

Please join us for the third session of RCP certified auditor refresher training. This two and a half day course has been designed to cover essential changes to the RCP Audit Process and audit tools that our auditors will need to be familiar with when the revisions to the RCP become effective January 1, 2016.

Agenda Items Will Include:

• Revised TVIB Management Audit Worksheet and Checklist, as necessitated by a substantial revision to the RCP.
• New RCP Vessel Audit Worksheet and Checklist
• Revisions to the RCP Audit Process
• TVIB Continuing Professional Development program
• Changes to the TVIB Code of Ethics
• Auditor oversight program developments

The admission fee cover lunches, refreshments and bound copies of the new audit tools. We will also be negotiating discounted hotel rates and transportation to and from the training facility, and will send additional information to those who will be attending.

Auditors who have not completed refresher training by the end of 2015 may not be able to conduct third party audits in 2016 until they have successfully completed refresher training.

The discounted TVIB group rates for the different types of rooms are as follows:

Non oceanview: $129/night

Partial oceanview: $149/night

Direct oceanfront: $169/night
